The Office for Teaching and Learning (OTL) provides course design, development, and formative assessment consultation services for all WSU instructors.  We work from the practice and research literature on high impact practices, evidence-based learning methods, and the principles of Universal Design for Learning to help instructors create and sustain inclusive classrooms in traditional, hybrid, and online environments.

Additionally, the OTL regularly offers workshops designed to enhance familiarity with tools and practices of traditional, hybrid, and online learning:
